Booked a limo for my birthday it was supposed to take us on an hour cruise then to a club where i had v.i.p it turned up an HOUR late even tho i gave them directions and postcodes for the venue i was at ,and the pub opposite (as it has a large car park ) when it finally arrived after my friend ran down the road to flag it down as it was still going in the wrong direction ! The cd player kept jumping, 2 champagne flutes broke and my friend got cut we where only drinking out of them they shattered wen bottle touched the glass (not with force).I called club while in limo (as we turned the crap sound system off) was told to get there asap or we wouldn’t be letting anyone in!! so we told driver forget hour cruise take us straight to club to salvage the rest of the night and he got lost!!! Bearing in mind he had sat nav with postcode to club!! His attitude was poor and i was really not satisfied I’m gutted it was supposed to be the highlight of our night ,Before i ring the company i want to think about what I’m going to say and any information that can be of use so if someone could help would be much appreciated . x
