I really need a Cadillac Escalade Stretch Limo that’s really cheap and holds up to 20 passengers. I need it for a prom and the prom is in 1 month! ohkay so me and my little cousin are renting a limo for her 13th and on a website it says it seats 10.she has 13 people so would we all still be able to ride or would the driver not let us ? i think they probably should since it’s only 3 extra people,and he’s not the one sitting in the back with us .

How does the law effect someone who wasn’t actually driving but was sitting in passenger seat as they ran from the cops?
Does the law effect people who are sitting passenger the same as they would if they were sitting passenger seat?
